Who Am I?
I put the Alchemy (Al-kuh-me) in Pure Alchemy Yoga. My first yoga days were neck-craning and confused and I wanted to try and eliminate that for my students. I don't have any expectations for what my students look like. I just want to know that they are feeling capable. So, if you are inflexible, anxious, or intimidated by yoga join me on the mat and we can be awkward together. Let me help you transform yoga from uncomfortable to magical.
